Payment & Session Guidelines:

Before a session:

Payments for sessions have a strict deadline of 9pm the day before any given scheduled session.

If participants are unable to be contacted or there is a failure or error in payment before 9pm on the night before the agreed upon training day, will result in the session being cancelled.

If contacted before the deadline about payment outliers (paying for the session after the deadline), special considerations may be made if a prior agreement has been reached.

For injury and insurance purposes, all participants MUST have a Volleyball ACT membership and must be able to provide it before a session.

After a payment has been made:

If a session participant cancels, fails to attend without notification, or fails to give necessary time to reason of withdrawal, payment will NOT be refunded. (Extreme circumstances, medical emergencies are reasonable cases where refunds will be provided).

Reasonable circumstances for withdrawal or cancellation for a session after payment will result in refund being given.
